Customer Project requires resource augmentation We provide Onsite Staffing of skilled IT Consultants. The ShoreFitSM global delivery model is used to supplement this with remote resources, based on your needs.
Customer requires ongoing support for IT services, application, or infrastructure We will work with you to understand the factors driving the need (e.g. resource management needs, recurring cost optimization). We will also discuss other customer constraints like geographical proximity, intellectual property or data privacy. 

Based on our analysis, we will propose a solution using our ShoreFitSM model, with a calibrated blend of onsite, onshore and offshore resources.

We call this service our Managed Operational Service Model.  Our Managed Operational Services are delivered using the Pegasus Insourcing MethodologySM.

Customer needs to deploy, enhance or test IT services, applications or infrastructure

Taking into account the project constraints (budgets, timeline, geographical constraints on resources etc.), we will calibrate a delivery solution utilizing our ShoreFitSM methodology.

We call this service our Systems Integration and Development Service.  Such services are delivered using the Pegasus “Six” MethodologySM.
